GIRL LEADERS
Founder + Programme Manager
Girl Leaders develops the leadership, character, and life skills of young girls in an interconnected world. In 2017, I established and taught the programme in international schools and then partnered with Google's country team to run a series of interactive workshops. Students discovered new VR products, participated in Q&As, and learned about product design from tech insiders. I've developed the learning experience and curriculum design throughout the project, using digital tools for activity-based learning. Sessions now run remotely with students around the globe.
DANONE NATIONS CUP
Project Manager
The Danone Nations Cup is a flagship CSR programme and the world's largest football competition for 10-12-year-olds, with over 2 million participants from 27 countries. As part of the five-member management team who coordinated Ghana's national participation in the competition, my responsibilities involved; Coordinating the team's travel to the world finals in New York—organising a regional qualifying tournament for over 180 football players, and serving as the global liaison for key stakeholders.
ONE WORLD FOOTBALL FOUNDATION
Brand Manager — Strategic Director
One World FA has over 100 players from 20+ countries and local grassroots teams aged 5 - 17. Since 2013, I've led remote projects and local initiatives alongside the co-founders, to develop the organisation, establish global partnerships, design scholarship programs, and create international exchange opportunities for grassroots players to travel and compete overseas. PENCILS OF PROMISE
Education Ambassador
Pencils of Promise ‘PoP’ is a non-profit organisation that builds schools and increases educational opportunities in Ghana, Guatemala, and Laos. My role publicised the global impact of education programmes launched the 2014 Pencils of Promise ‘Back to School’ fundraising campaign on social media; boosted volunteer engagement and attended the inaugural opening of new schools alongside the founder Adam Braun and in-country teams.
WAM CAMPAIGN
Campaign Manager
The WAM campaign successfully recruited over 100 volunteers from the US, Europe, and West Africa, delivered outreach and education programmes, and was awarded the Best Charity GUBA award category by the former British High Commissioner. As part of the initial co-founding team from the UK, my role was responsible for brand strategy, documentary photography, programme design, and coordination.
